More Victims From The Grim Sleeper?

Los Angeles Police have released the photos of 160 women who may have been victims of Lonnie Franklin Jr. In July 2010, this serial killer was arrested in South Los Angeles and accused of murdering 10 women between 1985 and 2007. When the LAPD searched his house for evidence, pictures and hours of home video were found of nearly 1,000 women in sexually graphic poses and various states of undress. The women in the pictures range in age from their teens to middle-age. Many are smiling, but some appear to be heavily drugged, asleep or even dead.

Franklin Jr., who was given the nickname The Grim Sleeper, because of the 14-year gap between two groups of women's deaths. Seven victims were found between 1985 and 1988; the other three victims were killed between 2002 and 2007. Police are afraid that this number may be rising.
